The Vidalia Grill offers many features not found on traditional outdoor grills. Because of its unique reversible twin pan design and its dual direct and indirect cooking surfaces, The Vidalia Grill can grill and sear to perfection and can also roast, smoke, steam, bake, boil and even fry... without the addition of expensive accessories!
The Vidalia Grill cooks with the convenience of bottled (or natural) gas with flavor enhancements from wood or charcoal, if desired! This is achieved by adding a small amount of wood or charcoal to the ceramic briquettes in the 'left' stainless steel pan positioned directly over the burner.
Ashes from the wood or charcoal will accumulate in a tray at the base of The Vidalia Grill's burner which slides out after cooking! Based on the flavor you are trying to achieve marinades such as apple cider vinegar, liquid smoke, lemon juice, pineapple juice, or Worcestershire sauce can be added to the water pan.
Indirect cooking!
Food cooked on the 'right' side of The Vidalia Grill is never exposed to a direct flame. Therefore, no flame up! ...and NO constantly turning your food!
The Vidalia Grill cooks whole chickens, turkeys & hams without turning or using a rotisserie! Drippings are retained in the water/marinade pan to enhance the flavor of your food. Through its evaporation, your food stays moist and juicy, even if overcooked!

Remove the pan with the ceramic briquettes, slide the water pan to the left side over the burner! The Vidalia Grill is now a steamer! Steam your favorite foods, such as clams, oysters, shrimp, lobster, sausage and even vegetables! Imagine boiling shrimp and steaming lobster at the same time! Stir-fry foods by adding a small amount of cooking oil to the pan! You can even make pancakes and/or scramble eggs! The water/marinade pan lifts out for a quick, easy clean up.
